im 16 now and i start playing when it first came out in what was it

I think i was 6 or 7 when i got ruby....Im 12 right now and i got it on new years day so um...its about 6 or 5 years...Can someone tell me when ruby came out?

I started playing when Yellow was first released and am still playing -- just bought Pearl. Hate to say it, but I can safely say I'm the oldest player here; I'm a 54 year old grandma! Know anyone else that old who plays?

Admin, you've done a GREAT job on this site. I joined looking for tips and on the off-chance that I'd find friends my own age to share Poketalk with. No such luck, but I've enjoyed reading the posts here, even if I don't participate much.
