in most of pokemon guide, to evolve a riolu, it says it must lve you at the maximum. I think thats wrong since my riolu evolved at lv 30 and when i went to the footstep guys house, he didnt give me a ribbon. so i asked my freinds and they all said it evolved lv 30. maybe its not the happiness/love that count, but maybe lv. what do you think everyone???please post what lv your riolu eveloved in if you have one.
